Making Space Art workshop is a weekly group facilitated by an arts therapist. Through art-making, you are invited to slow down, reflect, explore ideas, and reconnect with themselves through the creative process.

There is no expectation to be artistic.

There is no pressure to create a masterpiece.

The focus is on the experience of making art rather than the finished product.

Each session offers opportunities to:

  • Explore creativity in a supportive environment

  • Develop personal insight and self-awareness

  • Take time out for yourself

Scarlett is a registered arts therapist with a background in creative arts. She helps people feel confident, try new things, and explore art process in a gentle expressive way.
