You will try different art activities designed to help relax and focus. The tutor guides exercises and offers support. All materials are supplied.

Scarlett is an experienced registered arts therapist with a strong background in creative and expressive arts, guiding students to explore and develop their artistic voice.

Pathway:
After this class, participants can try Journey Through Art or Open Studio to continue creative practice.
