with Student Arts Therapist La Sharn Satherley
Take some time out of your week to slow down, create and explore art in a supportive group environment.
Therapeutic Arts Space is a relaxed weekly creative group facilitated by a student arts therapist in training. Through guided art-making activities, you’ll have opportunities to explore different materials, express yourself creatively, reflect and connect with others.
You don’t need to be artistic or have any previous art experience. There is no pressure to create a finished piece or make something “good”. The focus is on the experience of creating and what you discover along the way.
