Making Space Art Workshop
Creative Art Therapy for Adults
Starts Thursday 15th October - 3rd December
1pm - 3pm, 8 sessions $220 in Hamilton
Take some time out of your week to slow down, create and explore art therapy and creative art-making in a supportive group environment.
Making Space is a creative art therapy workshop for adults in Hamilton, facilitated by a student arts therapist in training. Through guided art-making activities, you’ll have opportunities to explore different materials, express yourself creatively, reflect and connect with others.
You don’t need to be artistic or have any previous art experience. There is no pressure to create a finished piece or make something “good”. The focus is on the experience of creating and what you discover along the way.
