Anna Wildey is a self-taught artist who uses art as a therapeutic practice, working with recycled materials, paper, and textiles to create expressive abstract works. Creativity is part of her daily routine, often following meditation and quiet reflection to allow ideas to emerge naturally.

She has supported the Arts for Health Annual Art Competition for the past eight years, receiving multiple category awards and winning the Overall Prize in 2018.
