A Fresh Perspective with
Arts Therapy
Discover the benefits of arts therapy in this 4-week taster group designed for adults seeking a unique approach to creative wellbeing. This introductory course provides a relaxed, supportive environment where no artistic experience is needed. There is no expectation to share personal stories—just an opportunity to explore your creativity and experience the calming effects of artmaking.
This course is ideal for those wanting to invest in themselves, whether you are curious about art therapy for personal growth, self-care, or simply looking for a fresh, engaging experience.
A taster art therapy group gives you a chance to explore your feelings through art in a safe, supportive environment. You’ll try simple creative exercises, notice how they affect your mood, and discover new ways to manage stress or emotions. It also helps you understand yourself better and see if ongoing art therapy could be useful for you, all without needing any art experience.
All materials are included. Invest in yourself with four weeks of creativity and wellbeing.
