New Year Art Pop-Up Sessions
Kickstart 2026 with creativity at Arts for Health. Our art workshops run every weekday in January and are designed as easy, low-commitment pop-up sessions, perfect if you want to “have a go” without needing to book.
Each session is a relaxed, 1 hour guided creative experience led by Gianna. These art workshops welcome complete beginners through to experienced makers, offering a supportive space to explore materials, ideas, and self-expression at your own pace.

Cost: $7.50, pay on the day, no booking required, simply drop in
Monday – Words & Stories (Creative Journaling)
Explore writing, doodling, and found poetry to create mini journals or comic-style storytelling. These art workshops help you shape the story you want to carry into 2026.
Tuesday – Painting & Mixed Media
Experiment with colour, texture, and mixed materials in guided painting sessions that encourage playful exploration and confidence building.
Wednesday – Collage Creations
Layer papers, textures, and images to create meaningful visual collages while learning new compositional techniques.
Thursday – Mindful Art & Relaxation
Slow down with mindful art practices designed to support relaxation, reflection, and intention-setting for the year ahead.
Friday – Open Creative Session
Bring your own ideas or follow gentle prompts. These open-ended art workshops are ideal for creative freedom and experimentation.
